The International Journal of Environment, Agriculture and Biotechnology (IJEAB) is committed to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity and ethical publishing. The journal adheres to internationally recognized principles, including those recommended by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Authors, reviewers, and editors are expected to maintain honesty, transparency, and accountability throughout the publication process of IJEAB .

All data presented should be accurate, verifiable, and obtained through ethical means. Proper acknowledgment of prior work through appropriate citations is mandatory. Studies involving human participants, animals, or sensitive data must comply with relevant ethical approvals and institutional guidelines.

- Strict avoidance of data fabrication, falsification, or manipulation
- Accurate citation and acknowledgment of all sources
- Compliance with ethical standards for human and animal research
- Transparency in methodology and reporting of results
Any breach of ethical standards may lead to immediate rejection, withdrawal of the manuscript, or further corrective measures as deemed appropriate by the editorial board.
Plagiarism Policy
IJEAB maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward plagiarism. All submitted manuscripts undergo similarity checking using trusted plagiarism detection tools such as Turnitin or iThenticate to ensure originality and academic integrity.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that their work is free from copied or improperly paraphrased content. Even unintentional plagiarism, including self-plagiarism or redundant publication, is considered unethical.
- Overall similarity index must be below 15% (excluding references)
- Similarity from a single source should not exceed 5%
- Proper quotation and citation must be used where necessary
- Reuse of previously published content must be clearly disclosed
Conflict of Interest
To maintain transparency and trust in scholarly communication, all authors are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could influence the outcomes or interpretation of their research. A conflict of interest may arise from financial, institutional, or personal relationships.
- Financial support, grants, or sponsorships
- Affiliations with organizations that may benefit from the research
- Consultancy roles, patents, or intellectual property interests
- Personal or professional relationships that may affect objectivity
A clear statement regarding conflicts of interest must be included in the manuscript. If no conflicts exist, authors should state: "The authors declare no conflict of interest."
AI Content Policy
The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in academic writing is increasing; however, IJEAB emphasizes responsible and ethical usage. AI tools may assist in improving language, grammar, or readability, but they must not replace the intellectual contribution of the author.
Authors are fully accountable for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of the content submitted. Any information generated using AI tools must be carefully reviewed and validated by the authors before submission.

- Authors must ensure factual accuracy and originality of content
- Significant use of AI tools must be disclosed in the manuscript
- AI-generated data, images, or text must be verified before inclusion
